scrappy doll quilt

I saw this pattern here at crazy mom quilts (a fun quilt blog I found through my sis-in-law, Abby. And since I love the nicey jane collection from Heather Bailey so much...I want to use every last piece.

ta da...a baby doll quilt for Aliza.

It was super easy to make.
-cut two white pieces of fabric about the size I wanted it (and a little more)
-cut one piece of batting to place in the middle
-cut scraps of material and place in rows however you please
-sew onto top of quilt top around each piece
-when finished, add binding
I still have oodles of scraps leftover...now what should I do?
